Welcome to Hire a Marquee. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

1. Definitions

• “Hire a Marquee,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the service provider.
• “You,” “customer,” or “client” refers to the user of our services.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings can be made online or over the phone.
• A deposit is required to secure the booking, and the full payment is due before the event.
• If you cancel the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Delivery and Collection

• We will deliver and collect the marquee at an agreed-upon time and location.
• If you need to change the delivery or collection time or location, please notify us in advance.
• If the marquee is not ready for collection at the agreed time, additional charges may apply.

4. Use of Marquee

• The marquee is to be used only for its intended purpose and in a safe and responsible manner.
• Any damage to the marquee, including but not limited to tears, burns, and stains, will result in additional charges.
• Smoking, open flames, and cooking equipment are not allowed inside the marquee.

5. Liability

• Hire a Marquee is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of the marquee.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the marquee is set up in a safe location and that all safety guidelines are followed.

6. Indemnification

• The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Hire a Marquee and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the marquee.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the customer breaches any of the terms and conditions.
• In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hire a Marquee operates.
