Our Policies We have a number of policies and procedures in place to help prevent modern slavery, which includes:

2. Supplier Code of Conduct – We require all our suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits the use of modern slavery and includes steps to ensure that suppliers follow ethical business practices.

3. Employee Code of Conduct – Our Employee Code of Conduct includes a section on modern slavery, which provides guidance on how to recognize and report modern slavery.

4. Whistleblowing Policy – We encourage all employees to raise any concerns about modern slavery, including any breaches of our policies, through our whistleblowing policy.

Training and Awareness We provide regular training and awareness to our employees on the risks of modern slavery and how to identify and report it. We also require all our suppliers to complete training on modern slavery and to ensure that their employees are aware of the risks and how to report any concerns.

Our Commitment We are committed to continually improving our policies and procedures to ensure that modern slavery is not present in any part of our business or supply chain. We regularly review our policies and procedures to ensure they are effective in identifying and preventing modern slavery.
